Alex has spent the last two years living a modest life with no companions other than his dog, Lucky, and ex-girlfriend’s cat, Camille. But when someone from his past bursts her way back in, everything starts to unravel.
In Lucky, the lengths we’ll go to for validation become pushed and the line between caring and dependency become blurred.

Sean T. McGrath is a theatrical jack-of-all trades. As an actor, writer, producer, technician, and stage and production manager he has been engrained in the New York theater scene for the better part of the last decade. As the Co-Artistic Director of The NOW Collective, he has written for and produced their collaborative pieces, In the Pipeline and Apartment Complex, and has overseen the staged readings of numerous plays. As an actor he was recently seen in Justin Andrew Davis’ You Look Great and recently came off a stint as the Assistant Stage Manager to Mike Birbiglia’s The New One at Cherry Lane. As a writer he has seen readings of his plays Ships in Bottles and Importance produced around the city and has trained with the likes of Padraic Lillis, Melissa Beth Ross, Colin Ellwood, and Arlene Hutton. In addition to writing Lucky, Sean has been tirelessly working as the Production Manager of SELKIE, produced by Dutch Kills Theatre Company, opening later this month. More.
