DANA BROOKE is an actor and playwright based in NYC. As a company member at B Street Theatre (co-founded by Timothy Busfield) she has been involved in new play development and appeared in regional premieres, including VENUS IN FUR, CONSTELLATIONS, IRONBOUND, THE REALISTIC JONESES, and OUTSIDE MULLINGAR. For B Street’s Family Series she has written the plays EXTRAORDINARY THINGS: THROUGH THE EYES OF ANNE FRANK, THE THREE MUSKETEERS, and the upcoming SWORD IN THE STONE. Other new play development includes work at NNPN’s National Showcase of New Plays, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, the Last Frontier Theatre Conference, as well as in NYC with Cardinal Group and The Journey Company, working as actor and dramaturg for VACUUM at FringeNYC. She has also appeared in world premieres of VENECIA alongside Chita Rivera, CLAUDIA LASZLO with Reed Birney, and BABY ON A TRAIN opposite Mike Birbiglia. Dana's television credits include FX's “Damages,” NBC's “Ed,” and Fox's “Canterbury's Law”. She was awarded best actress at the 2017 Reno Tahoe International Film Festival for the film “Laura Gets A Cat”.
